How far in advanced should I place my order?
- AT LEAST one week in advanced to ensure you have a spot. Availability runs out fast! With that said, if you find yourself in a time crunch, don’t hesitate to reach out, I love taking care of my customers<3
What do I do if I need to reschedule/cancel my order?
- If you are needing to reschedule or cancel your order, please do so at least 72 hours of pickup date, if not, the 50% deposit will be nonrefundable!
Where are you located?
- Emily's Oven is a home business located in Oklahoma City in the Quail Springs area. The address will be given out to you upon pickup date.
How, when, where do I pay?
- Via invoice through your email! A 50% deposit of your order is due at time of ordering, and you will be sent an invoice via email.
- If paying with check or cash, a deposit is still required and you may pay the remaining balance in check or cash.
- If you prefer to pay through a third party app (Venmo, PayPal, Cashapp) for deposit and final payment, you can do that too!
Do you do corporate/large events?
- ABSOLUETLY! Emily's Oven has extensive experience with weddings, large gatherings, and corporate events. To ensure everything is perfect, I do require at least a month's notice, and then we can jump on the phone for a quick chat to make sure everything is perfect for YOU, because that is who it's all about:)
Can I just order half a dozen treats? (strawberries, cake bites, cake balls, or cake pops?)
- No, the minimum order amount of anything besides cakes is 1 DOZEN!
